1970 quarter struck on dime stock? / Dime clad error possibly?

    in reverse response:
    The dime is simply a dirty coin, possibly a metal detecting find.

    the quarter looks far too well struck for a dime stock.

    But, I've been wrong before

    A quarter should weigh 5.6 grams. That one is barely under. Dime should weigh 2.3 grams

    Quarter on dime stock should weigh 4.2 grams.
