The White Rattler . . . . not even mentioned until the last 9 months or so. Several slab collectors have them. No 'confirmed' info as to whether the 108 prefix followed by numbers indicates the order of slabbing on that first day or two . . . but it is a possibility. Some dealers are advertising "1080325" as the 325th coin PCGS slabbed, but as of yet . . . that is purely conjecture.
Certainly a premium to all slab collectors . . . and a hugely important piece of certification history . . . .
I have not kept up on slab history.... and would not know an early slab like this was significant. Of course, with no shows or shops in the area, I do not see slabs anywhere except here and other internet sites. Cheers, RickO
