Silver ingots in Baltimore's Stack's Bowers Sale

I came across these a couple of days ago, and I never knew anything about them after all of these years of collecting. The lots are 3763-3766. Is there a reference work out there which describes these items in more detail? I've been out of the loop for a while, and I've been starting to get an interest in more esoteric items. Thanks in advance.
