1928 Buffalo Nickel Grading help

Do you think this Buff would grade at MS63? That is my thought but I
would appreciate yours. Any problems you see at all with it grading?

    Should grade a minimum 55. It's a nice, bright coin.

    I like it as a 63.

    I didn't know for sure how much the scratches would affect lowering the grade.

    I cant tell if the scratches are on the coin or holder.

    Any scratches you see are on the coin. It's not in a holder. My unfortunate attempt at photography. lol
