Federal Register: US Mint survey renewal request...

The Federal Register just issued a Public Inspection Document, regarding a request to conduct US Mint customer surveys for the next three years.

However, looking the document over, it led to some pages that has the scripting and qualification information for the surveys NAxion sends out. Here's the latest survey they conducted (You will have to be able to open a docx file...):
