I like it! Several cat's eye toners like that on ebay.
The higher the grade, the more chance for a premium. Not a bad toner at all.
It is MS66 FB with Gold CAC
I think the obverse is much prettier than what the photo shows.

I like it--should command a decent premium.
It should command a premium, if I am interpreting the images correctly, but the photos likely appear too dark to really show what the coin looks like in-hand.
