Is it a vintage bar, or something modern? I could see a TPG doing something like a Moffat bar.

I only know of one TPGS that has a large enough holder. It is not SEGS, ANACS, or ICG.
I have never seen a silver (or gold) bar slabbed..... they may be out there.... Cheers, RickO
