16-P buff raw FSHO - offers accepted

1916-P raw. Asking $70 or OBO Selller's image made it look 66. That it is not but, I have no problems seeing it in a 64 holder. Super clean surfaces is this one's calling card. Strike is good, as expected for a 16-P, luster is 64.
