My OCD really bugs me on when the coin has rotated in the holder. But I know I can fix it. I've bought coins on eBay that were rotated as badly as above. I knew I would be able to fix it though.
PCGS seems to be the easiest to fix or even have rotate on you. I have not tried to fix NGC coins yet. So no experience there.
I had to double check the date on this thread (a first for me) since coin alignment is a fully correctable condition and has been reported many. many times in my 13 years here.
Firmly Tapping the bottom corner of the slab while firmly holding the upper corner on a solid surface will rotate the coin within the slab.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Here's an 1882-S I bought on eBay.
Here's how it appeared in the listing. I was able to fix very quickly.

Does the electric toothbrush method work on pronged NGC holders?
Awesome coins @Lakesammman! The 1803/2 is a great error!
I miss that early $5 something awful.
