2018, 2019 and 2020 Platinum Proofs

The mint is going to do a three year series for the 2018, 2019 and 2020 Platinum Proofs. Called the "Preamble to the Declaration of Independence Platinum Proof Coin Series", it will feature "Life", "Liberty" and "Happiness".
Each year will have a different obverse, but all three will have the same reverse. All will be struck at West Point, and have a $100 par value.
2018 Preamble to the Declaration of Independence Platinum Proof Coin – Life
2019 Preamble to the Declaration of Independence Platinum Proof Coin – Liberty
2020 Preamble to the Declaration of Independence Platinum Proof Coin – Pursuit of Happiness

Those look a heck of a lot better than the current coins. PS- I saw the "Life" one first, and was shocked (and happy) that the US was making an anti-abortion coin. Then I heard about and saw the rest of the series, lol.

I really like those designs.
The Plat proofs have inspired some of the very best artistry in recent years. Maybe because they're a backwater, influences that have watered down so many other issues haven't noticed them.
Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...
Those are actually nice designs...not sure how they will appear on a minted coin.... Cheers, RickO
Hmm. As much as like Plats looks like 2018 Proof Palladium will be my choice
