Not enough details in the pic.
If it is an AH, the easiest marker is the missing lower serif in the 'I' of Liberty.
I'm also not seeing the wishbone hair above the ear.

Once you see that, no other diagnostics needed.
Definitely not.... I have picked up a lot of these (once beat Russ to one at a show... that was fun)... It is easy to determine once you focus on a coin... or, the above illustrations are excellent learning tools. Cheers, RickO
