MS-65 - IMO if those are Contact Marks on Miss Liberty's neck (and not just dark toning) they would likely limit the grade to no higher than MS-65, and possibly as low as MS-64.
Since CAC designation is grade dependent (Solid or Exceptional for Grade) it's difficult to ascertain whether or not the subject coin was awarded either a Gold or Green CAC Bean, without first knowing the assigned grade.
From purely an Eye-Appeal perspective, the coin appears attractive enough from your photos to pass the CAC Eye Appeal test.

65...... likely a green bean..... the brown across the cheek is a real distraction from a nice coin. Cheers, RickO
it's not in this case . it all comes together rather nicely EA...better in hand ...there are no contact marks, fields are pristine..hence called GTG.. as its truly that.

65 and it is about impossible to have an opinion on CAC if one does not know the starting grade first.
