do you have a strange and/or interesting coin that has pmd? post it here and tell us about it, or ask a question.
i'll start:
this coin was tooled down to the diameter of a dime.
could it have been done to make a phone call in a dime phone booth? imagine doing that today!

Don't think so. The coin machines work by weight and conductivity.
The kids (back in the day) did do something with cents to make them work like dimes in machines.... do not remember the details... will have to ask some 'old' friends....
