Looks fake
It's legit alright. I saw it in person at the National. Beautiful card.
Evan just needs a new scanner.
I think it's the settings. Anyone know ideal scanner settings for cards?
This thread gives good scanner settings advice.

It looks sheet cut due to the centering.
Evan do you have a pic of the bagged set it came from? I searched for years for a decently centered Jordan RC in a Bulls bagged set and never found one.
Robb
Centering isn't that tough on the Star cards. I've picked up a few recently that have near perfect centering. It's also my amateur opinion that BGS is actually kind of hard on centering when it comes to the Star basketball cards. I find that they can be kind of lenient on the corners though. Just my observations in my searches.
Great reference, thank you. I'll play around with these settings and dial it in.
Robb, I don't have a pic of the bag it came from. It's indeed the best centered one I've seen since the first 9 I owned which appeared to be sheet cut as it had an extra large bottom border. It was .5 away from 9.5 and it had a 9 for centering. I'm thinking t/b was off since there was extra cardboard on the bottom:
The centering on this current PWCC listing also seems better than 8.5:
¯_(ツ)_/¯
did it sell already?
Centering on the lower one is diamond canted ( tilted) t-b and increases t-b on the left while decreasing t-b on the right - just appears normal to the average eye. Upper left corner appears slightly soft.
That's just a quick check from what I see could be more issues on the back.
