I'm with the crowd in that I think the holder says 64, although looking at the larger images, I would personally put it at a 63+ today. Nice tough date Morgan though!!

I think that it’s graded conservatively based solely on the images posted. - A very nice coin that’s solid for the grade.
If it was an 1882-S it would be in a 64 holder.
