Please post images of your favorite error coins and explain what caused the deviations.

My favorite error coin is not mine. So maybe this doesn't count. But I was grateful to shoot the famous Henry Hilgard bust half errors collection and this was among my favorites.

It is double struck and 90 degree rotated. Simply spectacular.

Major Errors on Gold rank up there with the same as on Proofs.

I think I have about 1/3rd of them for sale on ebay right now though. And some of these I've already sold, I just still have the pictures.

Major gold errors are scarcer and much more desirable than proof errors IMHO.

Error coins have always been cool to me, but I have not really gotten into collecting them. @jwitten those are some amazing errors!
