I don't know if the type of widgets matter at his level of CEO.
He did a great job on the card side.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
I know Joe and have had several in person conversations with him over the yrs about PSA and trading cards. He is an outstanding person, very personable and cares about your cards. Never had a single issue with him at all.
Joe in the past has received cards in the mail and has personally examined them to answer any questions you may have for no charge at all except return shipping (Remember the Presidential service??? Does it still exist at PCGS) and has actually bumped cards to a higher grade if he thinks they are worthy.
Not sure if that will be the case with PCGS as they may be sister companies, but are managed completely different.
Just my opinion of course...
Later, Paul.
Wishing Joe well in his new position. Hoping he can do what he did with the PSA card side of things.

It is always interesting when a new CEO takes over.... usually there will be effects as the person imprints his own beliefs and style on the company. (Been through it while in business myself) This can be good or it can be disaster... have experienced it both ways. Cheers, RickO
