Have you ever sent it to another service for verification or authentication because of costs to get an answer and then cross it to Pcgs if verified as you hoped?

It is probably a waste of money to do so. PCGS does its own evaluation so someone else's opinion isn't likely to have much, if any, effect on what PCGS experts decide.
Not me. Not worth all the fees.
