1995 Washington Quarter - Caught my eye

So had this quarter for awile and it stands out from the other 1995 quarters that I can across of. Bold letters front and back. Also the year looks different. What you guys think?

    Way too much background on your images. Crop 'em down to the item of interest...unless the background is your interest.

    Nothing out of the ordinary to me...you could post a side by side comparison image of what you are referring to.
