Since I'm asking about a Ben Hogan card, figure I'll ask about another one I'm looking for as well. I am looking for the Topps Scoops Ben Hogan card WITH the coating still on the card. These often get listed as "unscratched" Topps Scoops cards. As always, thanks in advance for your help!! ~T

I hope this worked.
Here's a pretty rare and cool Ben Hogan card. It's from the 1951 Wheaties Premium Photos set.

That is a different Ben Hogan card. Is it a photo like 8x10 or is that a card size photo? Hard to tell from the photo?
It's 5x7 in size and probably could be called a card or a photo. It's a lithograph on card stock if you want to be perfectly accurate. SGC has graded one and PSA has graded one. The whole set was a 'test issue' from 1951. They're very similar to the 1952 Wheaties on box cards (for the 8 common to both sets, including Mr. Hogan). The most desired card from the set is the Mickey Mantle, which fetches in the thousands. The one I posted above is currently in a PSA slab graded 1.5.
I'm looking for 3 cards to complete my set. Bob Feller, Phil Rizzuto and Jack Kramer (tennis).

The 1952 Wheaties On Box set featured 30 athletes and a total of 60 cards - there was a portrait and an action shot of each subject.
Directly above is the 1952 Wheaties On Box Action card of Ben Hogan, though I imagine most golf card collectors are familiar with the '52 set as it includes several other great golfers including Sam Snead.

Sorry for the delay, got called out of town for several days. Ok then, are you looking to sell this Hogan photo? Let me know. Especially if graded by PSA, even though it's not a true CARD, I might be interested if the price is right. Thanks so much! Again, sorry for such a long delay on my end...
