Im a little concerned...

I sent in 5 PCGS coins for secure plus/photo service. My order shipped and the certs say they are in "regular" holders. I paid for secure holders. I haven't got the coins back yet, but this doesn't look good. Looks like another trip to PCGS for secure holders. I better not have to pay for shipping again, right? Has this ever happened to anyone?

Yes. It wasn't a big deal to me, and was my free registry submissions, so I didn't bother to send them back.
They screwed up one of my recent orders too. Didn't put one of the coins in an "error" holder, when it was clearly an error, and didn't put them in secure holders either. After having to contact them a couple times about it, someone finally emailed me a pre-paid fedex label, and they fixed them for free.
If you call Customer Service, I am sure they will rectify the situation.... Mistakes happen... we do not like it, but then, we all have made mistakes... well, at least I have....Not sure about everyone else...

Everything is subject to change until you receive the email stating that your order has been shipped, and sometimes it takes a couple of days to see the end result.. If in doubt, follow ricko's post and make the call to CS. Did you check the cert numbers for images? http://images.pcgs.com/trueview/xxxxxxxx (use your cert number). If it was an actual mistake by our host you will be reimbursed for the shipping back to them via check...it's happened to me before.

I jumped the gun. It took PCGS to update the order. I got the trueviews today.
I would call them. I am also having trouble with online submissions... I called them and thhey said to do it on paper. Call them and have them fix it for you and ask them to comp you a free grading for the shipping..
Haven't had that problem. And none of my submissions have ever been to CAC. That's a subtle hint and a taste of spam.
