1920 Buffalo Nickel - possible DDO?

This 1920 buffalo just graded (MS63) and this area was pointed out to me thanks to the max trueviews.
I'd love to hear some opinions.
MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

That looks like die abrasion doubling to me. A true doubled die would show doubling inside the nostril, too, and also on the lips and maybe the eyelid.
