1848 Seated Half Dime FS 302 (Repunch Date) What grade did it get?

    Nice coin! (V-7 that you posted on the LSCC Forum).
    I can look it up, but I'll guess AU-55.
    The PCGS photo makes it look much nicer than the GN photo!
    And it graded - that's great.

    Like Yosclimber stated it can be looked up. The two guesses were correct AU 55 and is a POP 1 for the variety grade. It was nice to see they used the photo of this Coin to show this variety.

    I would have said 58....but 55 seems reasonable with those new pics.

    55 is fair... Is that a clash I see on the obverse?? Cheers, RickO

    Clash on the reverse as well - the diagonal line through E of DIME, and the two pointed triangles above the right ribbon bow. The blank space between the two triangles is the pole on the obverse.
