A few good dealers do go bad over time, which is why we do have the occasional expulsions. This happens in every profession.

This and based on what @Logger7 posted above, it appears the lack of expulsions is indeed due to the high criteria necessary to become a member. That's good to know.
It is surprising that Bill at Westwood was able to operate as long as he did not paying taxes on coins, "king of cash #2", trafficking in Accugrade coins, etc.. As usual the authorities almost like to let frauds run their course before they take action.
