It is a 1964 cent... I see no evidence to suggest SMS...and it does appear to have experienced some handling effects. Cheers, RickO
Can't speak for SMS but I think I see a clashed Y in between the 3 and 4 columns from the left.
Ordinary 1964 cent. Value: one cent.
