Arguably one of Canada's most beautiful coins, gold or otherwise. The box is equally impressive, some kind of carved stone or stone-like material. It has some serious weight to it.

Gorgeous coin! There reverse looks like a medal and I wouldn't be able to tell without seeing the obverse.
That's the best design of the 4-coin series. The mother and child is second, and both of the remaining are ... ahem... less than beautiful.
