I'll say 64.
62 for me.
EDIT, after the new pics I go 63.
It should be a + grade based on the overall look of the coin.
I'm thinking 63+ , but it might 64+ if the marks on the cheek are not as noticeable with the coin in hand.
Edit for new photo.
Now leaning more towards 63 or 63+
More pics
63+/64, nice piece regardless of what it graded.
Nice
I'll go 64 also.

Looks 64 from the photo.
Nice VAM 12A! She's a WOW list VAM by the way. Some nice radial die cracks on that baby. Your's has one at the left reverse star too. @messydesk have you seen that 3rd radial on the 12A much?
The crack at the left reverse star is very weak. I don't know what the relative rarity of VAM 12A is compared to others for 92-CC. It could be like the 82-O VAM 38B, which has a nice obverse radial die break, but is a rather common variety. I rarely receive a 92-CC for attribution. They tend not to be collected by variety. The one in my collection is a VAM 11 in AU53.
Regarding the GTG, this is a really attractive 92-CC in what appears to be 64. If they called it 63, then it's a really nice 63. Very nice!

A typical MS-63 -- at best. Nice coin and very attractive.
