2016 D Penny- is this a capped die strike?

The reverse has extremely weak to all together missing words and obverse has impressions of another coin where letters are visible. Is this considered a good mint error?

Fun coin. I love the looks of the reverse. Grease filled sounds right but I wonder if it's more than that.
