This is purely a guess, but might the two streaks at around 2:00 o'clock near the obverse rim be scrapes on the surface of the coin rather than toning streaks? Alternatively, might the stain on the reverse in the field above ONE CENT be somewhat etched or lightly corroded? As I mentioned, these are guesses.
Actually it looks like there may be some graffiti above 'Liberty' on the obverse (possibly a "W" scratched into it?). Just my thought. Great coin regardless!
That same reverse field blob shows up as dozens of small blobs and stains on both sides. And they aren't carbon flecks. Besides that, the obv field streaks, and the odds that this was "accelerated" toning, might have all contributed to "damage."

Very reluctantly, based on just the image, I'll have to agree. That's why coins are not graded w/images.
The only damage I see is the environmental type. There is a hit in the center of the Memorial and there MAY be scratches in the upper left field as other members claim.
The damage to the upper part of the Memorial is the only significant mark I see... the others seem to be minor.. and would be overlooked in a normal viewing. Cheers, RickO

Looks like a long machine cut under the bust. Otherwise on the tops of "States of Ame" on reverse.

Oh, I see.... From 7pm diagonally up on obverse, from 11 pm diagonally down on reverse. The image hides it well, I bet in hand it's more pronounced.
This portion of the rim appears to have some damage.
Some kind of cut or scrape.
You aren't seeing that someone wasted about $30

"Micro-grading!" Can you post the base of the bust and "States of Amer" I don't know how to do it.
Never mind, I figured it out. Below the bust seems to be carved out in arc.

Here are the pics anyways.
Would it be possible to share the submission strategy with this one?
I suppose I am missing something...

What's going on in the Lincoln Memorial right above Lincoln?

Your XF half dollar looked worse...yet it graded
I can't find anything worthy of damage. Maybe they meant to say environmental damage? That spot on the reverse perhaps?
