I can't log into the PCGS registry any more ...
I am in a box. I have requested a new pass word, entered one, and I'm still denied access. I tried to create a new account, but I get told I have one, but one I have is totally useless because it won't work on any level.
Has any one else been this position?
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

I would call customer service on Monday to figure out what is going on.
I got in under Google Crome. I am finding more and more than Microsoft Explorer does not work any more for a lot of sites.
I still can't start a new set. I entered my Twenty Cent Pieces, but can't open the set. I also had one coin kick out as owned by someone else despite the fact that I've owned the piece for 4 and a half years. It looks like you have to stand on your head to get the old ower off the listing if he doesn't remove it.
Does it take a full day or a business day to add a new set to the listing? I can't get anywhere today. There are 13 sets of Proof Twenty Cent Pieces. Mine would be #14, but I can't crack the code to get in, even after I punched the button for the new set.
I got in with both Chrome and EfferFox. I expect the issue is a quirk with your ISP. Left alone, these things usually fix themselves. IE is pretty much a goner on this computer.
Bill, I use ME and had some trouble about two months ago that lasted for awhile. at the PCGS homepage I had no username and log in/out option next to the search box, couldn't access most things like cert check and the Registry. strangely, it was only on my desktop PC, both our laptop and the PC's at work weren't affected.
then one day out of the blue it was resolved.
The album idea is attractive, but not easy to access. I did manage to set up one for the Classic Head $2.50, but I don't know how to access it again. There is supposed ot be "a gear" in the lower left corner that makes it public, but I can't find that icon. I looked for several minutes.
How do you access an album that you have set up? I can't find the icon the instructions say is there. Do you lose it if you didn't publish it? I could not find out how to publish it.
The pages in the instructions for the digital set album do not match what you find when you click on "your sets." I have yet to see the "open book" icon ANYWHERE. This is a very frustrating system that is not well documented. Somehow I created one album, but I can't access the place to create another one.
Edited to say - directions are faulty. There is no book icon. You go to the bottom of your set page and click on the create album area.
Hey Bill, I was playing around with the PCGS albums recently myself. I agree that it is a little confusing to use at first; maybe I can help you out.
1) When you go to PCGS Set Registry Page click on either "My Sets" or "My Showcases" under the "My Set Registry" drop-down list.

2) Once there, you should see the "open book" icon if you have created an album, even if it's not public.

3) There should be a gear icon in the bottom left, which will allow you to publish your album.
