Fort Wayne is, or was, a military base just south of downtown Detroit, near the Detroit River. Detroit is the county seat of Wayne County.
I believe it was built around the time of the War of 1812, when the U.S. was having trouble with the Redcoats across the river. I took my draft physical there in 1970. Bunch of old brick building, with no walls or guns that I noticed.
Style of the token indicates 20th Century make, probably between 1920 and 1960. Just as a WAG I would estimate it would bring $5 on eBay.
Not much in the way of information but tokencatalog.com/token_record_forms.php?action=DisplayTokenRecord&td_id=392629&inventory_id=394118&attribution_id=402626&td_create_uid=411 shows a pic of one in worse condition with a note saying it sold for $179.50 three years ago on ebay.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
There is a good thread on post exchange tokens here which you can post your token in. @DCW, the OP of that thread, has a number of post exchange tokens and may be able to chime in as well.

Unfortunately I know nothing about this token.
Some Post Exchange tokens sell for strong money though. If you were going to sell, this is not one that you'd want to throw up on eBay as a $5 BIN!
Nice token.... I collect military challenge coins.... but have been thinking about post tokens too.... I also have a VP and SecDef challenge coins... Post tokens would fit the general theme though... Cheers, RickO
Looks like it was an active fort until just after WWII:
