Which Variety 1913 Buffalo Nickel is this?

Found this coin roll hunting and it was dateless and pretty slick, put a couple rounds of nic-a-date on it and you may not be able to see it in the photo, but in the right light it is clearly 1913 (Philadelphia). I need help with which variety it is.

Type one, no need to nic-a-date such a coin since you can tell that five cents isn't in a recessed area and thus has to be 1913.

ChrisH821 - Looks like somebody tried to Nic-a-date the mintmark.

Npacy2 - Unfortunately the coin is only worth about $0.25 in its current condition.
