1954 Proof Quarter is it even worth getting it graded?

You would need to take it out of the 2X2 and take a better pic. It looks like it might be CAM but it would have to go higher than 67 CAM, which is unlikely.

While it is virtually impossible to give an accurate grade for a relatively modern proof from images, I can tell you that the coin would have to grade PR69 at PCGS to make it worth the investment in grading and other fees. If it were to grade with the cameo designation (CAM) then you would need PR68CAM. I do not see any chance at the deep cameo designation (DCAM). Please also keep in mind that modern proof coinage is typically graded by the presence, severity and number of hairlines and this is not consistent with how business strike coinage is graded.

Short answer; it is not worth getting graded.

Might be higher grade, but definitely not a cameo, so not worth it to get graded.

    Agree. Not worth it.

Put your money back in your wallet and that coin back in a coin flip.

Most likely I'd agree it's likely not worth grading. I'd also like to see it with the haze removed by a very quick dip before making a final judgement. The 68 CAM to make it worth your while is a worthwhile benchmark.

Thanks for the feedback. No harm no foul! I did not pay much the quarter.
