2013 Error Lincoln Cent - Need Opinion of Error Experts

Never seen an error like this so I am assuming it is post mint alteration but I would like the opinions of the error experts. This is a 2013 Shield Lincoln Cent but it appears to have fragments of a Lincoln Memorial cent on both obverse and reverse. At first I thought this might be a 2013 made on an earlier date planchet but looking closer is almost appears that the Memorial elements on both obverse and reverse are fragments laying on top of the planchet. Even the obverse shows elements of a Memorial Cent reverse including the top of the N and T of CENT. Clever post mint alteration or something else?

PMD looks like glue
unknown sticky substance each side
someone as cheap as I pried them apart and put them back in circulation.
The transparency of the adhesive substance fools many. Sometimes you can peel it off, other times it will take a solvent, and other times it still won't come off.
An acetone soak will likely remove the 'images'..... and will not harm the cent... It will still be worth a cent. Cheers, RickO
@CoinsAndMoreCoins ... I do recall those pendant watches... Great idea...glue art.... in today's weird market, it may work.... Cheers, RickO

I think FredWeinberg hit the nail on the head.
Thank you all!! Assumed PMD but just didn't understand how they did it.
