Is anyone having trouble sending PMs?

I keep getting email from my ISP's Mailbox Administrator for PM's I've sent from Outlook.

Most likely there is a network problem that prevented delivery, but it is also possible that the computer is turned off, or does not have a mail system running right now.

Host collectors.vanillaforums.com is not responding.

I have had difficulty with private messaging since they improved the system.......... although,in my case it is probably due to operator error
