1979 Slanted D Penny

The photo above is a zoomed in photo I took using my phone and a 10x loupe. I was looking over these coins, and noticed the Denver Mintmark was slightly slanted. Any input? Is this a normal, minor, worthless error (that's what I was thinking)?

    I have seen this occasionally, no added value that I know of.... Always good to check any variance you may find though... Cheers, RickO

    "Back in the day" mintmarks were applied to the dies by hand, so it would not be uncommon for the mintmark placement to vary a small bit. I believe they were applied by hand into at least the 1990's if not later.
