My 1916 walker has a sister!

These 2 look so much the same, the could be twins if not separated by 1 year. Stunning luster and very clean!
The difference is this 1917 version had a much better life in the bag than the 1916.
I posted the 1916 before, it was recently graded MS64 by our host which is due to some of the larger marks and the graze across the sun. It features 66 eye appeal.

Nice stuff!!
I've said it before and I'll say it again. You have a SUPERB eye for picking these off the Bay. I'm more impressed with what you can accomplish with such a refined eye that I can tell you.
You have a gift.
Congratulations my friend.
Boy the strikes on the early walkers sure are strong compared to the later years.
Very nice!
Full thumbs up
sweet walkers!
Those two will look very nice together.
Got one of those too, i also bought it raw.
Beautiful Walkers.... Truly an All American coin... I really wish our modern coinage could reflect such artistry. Cheers, RickO
Very nice coins. I really like the 1916 thru 1933 Walkers in high grade. I suspect it is because I saw so few of them in circulation back in the days when they still circulated. Most of the early walkers were well worn by the time the 1960's arrived. I can recall finding exactly one nice AU early Walker, a 1917, when searching coins from circulation.
Nice examples. The fact that you can pluck raw, problem-free, MS coins off eBay is amazing to me.
Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Great stuff -like that 1916 a lot for a 64.
