Are ASE burnished coins always decrease in value like the modern us coins proof sets?

I was able to get most of them under $30 shipped on ebay with patience. Any input?

There are a lot of ASE collectors out there but most are just getting them by the date. If you can pick them up for only a couple bucks over what a regular silver eagle would cost I would do it. If nothing else, you're pretty much guaranteed to get a problem free silver eagle.
Are you getting them to stack for value or as a collector? As a collector, they may be of lessor quality than would normally be saved.... Cheers, RickO

ATM, I am around 70% raw stacker and 30% raw collector. But out of 80(?) different ASEs so far, I am about 10 coins short.
I do not understand what "...out of 80?" means.... Ten coins short of what? Cheers, RickO
Quick and dirty list
32 Regular ASE
9+2 Burnished (2008/reverse of 07 & 2011-S?)
31+2 Regular Proof (1995 w+2017S)
4 Reverse proof
3 Enhanced
Nice, you got the '95W....Congratulations... Cheers, RickO
No , not yet. It 's one of those 10+ coins that I am missing. But I am putting money away to work on it slowly.
Good... they are a bit pricey....and not many available.... I got mine before the price went too high... Cheers, RickO
