Anyone familiar with "The Arthurs" of Palo Alto - Western Reserve Coin Exchange?

Just ran across this bi-centennial dealer token on the bay and couldn't find any information on them. Anyone familiar with this shop?

    Nice token....a brief google search did not turn up any significant link.... there was a Western Reserve coin club out of Cleveland... I only did three searches and reviewed two pages each... Cheers, RickO

    These tokens were made by The Patrick Mint, California, which is still active with a website. The owner of this enterprise is a fine gentleman who is still frequently seen at big coin shows.
