Libertas Americana Medal in Silver, PCGS MS65
Made you look!
This is a 1980's restrike.
Actually, this is the first one of these I have seen in a slab (it is housed in one of those jumbo PCGS slabs).
I think PCGS has only graded 3 so far -- this one and two MS63's.
More are certainly out there, but they tend to have been carelessly handled.

There may be more out there, but they are still cool!

Agreed, Love the Libertas!
That's a ...well struck... 1921 Peace dollar..,wait, no it's not.
Too few dings.
I have always liked that design. The holder is kinda big and won't fold up too well to fit the Blue Box.

Certainly a beautiful medal... looks even better in silver...Well worth slabbing for preservation... Cheers, RickO
I liked this one a bit more when it was in my hands.

Compare this slab on the common 1980's re-strike to the job they did on my original...bit of a difference, huh? Maybe they ran out of correct size coin holders, and sealed this with a Food Saver vacuum sealer?
Such a cool piece!
