I won a 74 S proof Ike, clad PCGS PR69.
It really looks like and S/S to me and a DDR. The A and R of dollar have splits and Earth looks odd
Opinions?

Slightly hard to put 100% on the DDR from the pictures, but it most likely appears that way. Mintmark is repunched.
Earth looks normal.
Good eye Aspie_Rocco! You might have something there with the doubling, I agree with bronze6827. I'd think too that would be a re-punched mint mark until I came across this....scroll down to 1974-S.

Mint mark may have been formed like that from a damaged mint mark punch! Who would have thought?
DDR - Looks like split serifs to me!
Agreed on the "Damaged Punch" for the Mint Mark 1974-S $1 Damaged Mint Mark Punch
(Description: What appears to be an S/S North is actually a damaged mint mark punch that affected numerous S-Mint working dies, including proof dies, for all denominations of coins in 1974.

It appears to be minor doubling... there does seem to be slightly split serifs....Cheers, RickO
