Recently inspired! Thanks PCGS and Bruce Morelan

For a few years now I have been contemplating designing a multi page fold-out brochure for my Mexico City colonial portrait 1/2 reale collection. I just had one problem: The standard 4 page foldout did not really give me enough space for what I was trying to accomplish and so I felt maybe I needed to design a small booklet instead. But alas, I wasn't too keen on that idea so I put my idea on the back burner for a while.

Well, things have a way of working out and during my last visit to Long Beach I was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to view Bruce Morelan's beautiful early dollar collection (actually "Beautifully and outstanding" is more like it) and pick up his "8 page" brochure which was wonderfully designed by PCGS. The display alone inspired me AND give me that one missing piece of the puzzle I needed - which is to make an 8 page double gate fold-out brochure. So, ladies and gentlemen, it gives me great pleasure to post my own brochure below. Thanks Bruce and PCGS for your inspiration!

Thank you all for the very nice comments. I posted JPEG files because I could not post a PDF(?). If you saw the original PDF file, you would see much better vibrancy, depth and detail but this gives the idea.

It was a lot of trial and error, mostly error that actually got me to keep trying new ideas.
