    I could argue against that theory. The missiles were paid for years ago. Already in the debt.

    If there is no intention to replace them, you are correct. As well if they have an expiration date approaching.

    MOABs unfortunately for now can only be dropped from a plane. The missiles could be launched from various platforms.
