For those not getting Ebay bucks %

This is what worked for me. Go to My Ebay, "click on" Account tab, (left side) Communication Preferences, scroll to the bottom at Promotions and Surveys, click. I check marked 1,2 & 4. Ever since then I've gotten then ebay bucks % discount.

    If you used ebucks, and returned the item, and received a refund but it was outside the ebucks spending period, you will go into "debt" with the refund.

    So, if your balance is negative, you will NOT receive the offers but you are still eligible for ebucks, until the balance is no longer negative.

    just FYI in case that has happened to anyone and they didn't notice.

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

    I still have a negative balance in the wife's account. Correct, no bonus offers with a negative balance.

    How? You received bucks & subsequently used them for future purchases, which reduced your cost. Later, you returned an item that received bucks. You owe ebay the bucks that you got for that purchase. Those bucks are good as cash.

    Most periods I have about $175-200 Ebay bucks to redeem but I bought something that never showed up so Ebay refunded me and I went in debt $13.50 Ebay bucks.. Since January 1st I haven't gotten an offer and am still in debt to Ebay.. Shows how much I buy unless I am getting bonus bucks.

    In fact, I no longer even see the regular 1% eBay Bucks logo on any listings anymore. What's up with that?
