Considering sending this 34p Walker to our host
Curious what grade you folks think it might catch, or if it's even worth it. Both sides of the coin have great luster, as in the feathers on the reverse seem to dance with the light; reappear, disappear. The obverse stars and olive branch do the same. I see a couple issues. Small hit on her knee. There's a haze to the right of her that appears to be the beginning of toning (kind of like when 40% starts to purple up), but thankfully not oil or thumbed. Rim is great, designer initials are stunning (some of the best I've seen). Her breast and face and cap are okay. The small hits on her face are small and only look bad in the extra shadow they're getting from the pics. The rays of sun could be sharper.
Thanks for any and all help, and hope you all had a great weekend.

I don't see any wear, but then again I'm not a Walker expert. Wear: AU58, UNC: MS64
No wear, just hits. It's a really solid coin.
the hand/fingers showed some wear if i am not mistaken. I can't see the index finger.
I was gonna ask about that.. it looks like a slightly weak strike. I don't see anything under 20x that would suggest wear. It just seems to not be there.
Hip area and face show wear AU 58 at best
is it possible that this coin was an end coin of a roll or in a loose box/ roll too long ?
Impossible to judge since the light has completely washed out the surfaces.
You need better images. I can't tell if there is wear or not. It looks lackluster in your images.

I do not see the coin coming back MS and straight graded.

AU58... Cheers, RickO
From the second set of photos, it appears to be MS, but the luster (in both photos) appears dipped out or otherwise impaired. This would keep it in the AU58-MS62 range.
I don't think I would bother getting it slabbed, as the cost to do so won't add much value to the coin.
From 2nd image...AU55.
Shows a lot of friction in the obverse right field.
AU 58 but wouldn't be surprised at a low ms grade. Not worth the cost and effort in my opinion.

IMO good strike, prob dipped. I could still see it as a 62 tho.
Well, just Love coins, period.
Please do and keep us abreat of the results, for sure.
It's only worth sending if if you can get a 65, which is not possible on this one. You can buy graded 64's for under $100 all day long on eBay.
