I've frequently seen these sales listed as garage, yard, tag, and even estate sales (not as in someone died, but just listing as estate for moving/yard sales for more business.

And yes, if you are able, you have to be first in line bright and early, or just know what you are doing. Usually the stuff underpriced or highly desirable goes first, then the stuff closer to retail (as the flippers avoid). But these types of sales can be filled with stuff not even pictured in the photos, so there's no reason not to go even if you can't be there on a Friday morning because of work, for example.

GSAs, OBW rolls, Seated, Walkers. Anything old and Colorado-focused, CO nationals.

Gonna get me a $50 Octagonal someday. Some. Day.

All I was thinking was having fun. If the stuffs I want were still there I would have bought them. It turned out all good as I only spent 5% of my original plan. Although I didn't expect that he pulled out the gun out of nowhere nor did he expected that I would laugh back at him. To be honest, I actually would like to go visit his next event due to his brooklyn personality.

I only spent around 40 mins there while sending my wife and kids to breakfast, half of the time we were smoking outside of house bsing. Anyhow right after the purchase , whole family went to theme park and I won a set of "Choice" prize giant stuffed pokemons. on the water gun games competing with kiddies...5out 9 wins. :D Another good day spent.

WOW!! That is an amazing hoard of coins/metals. I would love to have had a shot at that..... First thing I would have looked for would have been the 1995 W set of gold/silver.... then the GSA's... after that, well, I would just dive in and look at stuff.... :D Cheers, RickO

@ricko I've been to a couple estate sales similar to this. I picked up my 1878-CC GSA Morgan at one of them. A date run (78-85, no 79) of CC GSAs in original mailing boxes that matched the house of the estate sale had not been pictured beforehand, and though I was 20th or so in line, I managed to snag them because folks were distracted with other items.

Few more pictures. Going to do a major shopping tomorrow. any suggestion on which item to get? and price?

Right on the top photo, there I see the "Green Proof Sets"! Check the 1998 PR. Set and next to it the "1999 Pr. Set".
Possible " Close A.M. Cent" in the two Proof Sets? Big Premiums! Esp. in the 1998 Set. ;)
One More Thing... Love those "100 OZ.'ers"!

"Jesus died for you and for me, Thank you,Jesus"!!!
