I was doing some research on 1969 MLBPA pins with vcp, and I came across the PSA 9 exemple sold in 2016. The pin looks like a 1980s reproduction often seen floating around. (1) the needle is too long and extends beyond the margin of the pin (2) the back of the pin is wrong - there is an inner silver rim which is not seen on the authentic versions(3) the authentic 1969 pins are stamped Winona MN 1969 mlbpa .
Collecting Clemente master (#6) and basic PSA registry sets, Hank Aaron master and basic sets, Mantle oddball issues, 1970's mega decade HOFs, 1967 Topps pin ups, and high grade Topps Clemente and Aaron. Numerous transactions with over 100 board members.

Chris - that's definitely a 1983 reproduction. Hopefully the buyer recognized this and was able to void the sale.

Always plenty of PSA-graded cards in my ebay store -- https://ebay.com/str/thelumbercompanysportscards
Hopefully- or maybe not- the pop report is likely defective because it shows - 1 PSA 9- none higher- this may be the item
Email Joe Orlando and he will take care of it.
Aren't the pin or stick parts removable? Doesn't it say 1969 on the side
Looking for 1970 MLB Photostamps
