Is it still true that locating nice, better grade $20 1950E BD Block notes is difficult? Just as a sanity check I looked at the PMG pop report and there are only 5 notes graded, with just one (1) note as Uncirculated. Seems for a series like this there'd be more examples graded. For a New York District note, it seems odd that would be the tough one.
