There used to be a major thread listing websites of all numismatic interests.... have not seen it since we went to the new software. Cheers, RickO
The original list that ricko was referring to was maintained by a forum member that I believe is no longer active. I think this is the latest version of that list that was redone by another member after the new software update:

I just checked out your 1909 Registry Set from your signature. WOW! I agree with your description as "challenging set to collect". Indeed. And #1 too.
This set should inspire others to assemble their own set for what ever year has meaning to them. 19 others are attempting to match or exceed your effort. Good luck to them.
Congratulations !
My peopling skills and sensory input have been wayyyy off kilter. I did branch out with volume 2 of cherry pickers and snagged a 62 proof with the misplaced D fs901. For $14

Interesting... I was not aware of the D Bell half.... I must check my Franklins....
Cheers, RickO
@CoinsAndMoreCoins...Cherrypickers Guide is calling it a 'Possible Misplaced Mintmark'...They have no further detail... so it seems it has not been identified further as to how or why or what it is definitively. Cheers, RickO
@CoinsAndMoreCoins...It is certainly a possibility....
Cheers, RickO
I think it's like the super bird 1952 S quarters. Some one fooling "tooling" around at the mint?
wooooo
Maybe someone dropped a D punch on a proof die accidentally? Or some sort of tool or hard object?
Or struck through item on master/working hub?
Maybe someone was STOWneD or implying as much considering the placement adjacent to the STOW letters
It's neat. Now I scooped a superbird and a D bell.
