Is it true that GSA's in NGC holders do better than in PCGS...?? I have heard that and it is about the only time a coin might do better in NGC...

I have but one left out of the hundreds I owned. I sold them all off to pay off the homestead. Kept this sole example as I just didn't want to let the pox virus out in the wild again. Been babying and nursing this coin back to health to no avail. It actually looks, in hand, just like the photo.
Some call this textile toning or bag toning.
